This is a strategic leadership role for professionals with deep expertise in US Healthcare Payer Operations , client management, operational excellence, and business transformation.
Key Requirements:
- 18+ years of experience in the US Healthcare BPO industry
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Healthcare Contact Center Operations
- Proven expertise in Member Services, Provider Services, Eligibility, Enrollment, and Claims Operations
- Experience managing 200–400+ FTEs across multiple lines of business
