Opportunity Description
Role Requirements ✔ 18–28 years of experience in HR Shared Services / Talent Management / HR Operations ✔ Strong expertise in Core HR, Talent Acquisition Operations, Case Management & HRIS support ✔ Hands-on experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Zendesk or similar platforms ✔ Strong understanding of GenAI & Agentic AI frameworks with HR transformation exposure ✔ Experience driving SLA/KPI governance, operational stability, and delivery excellence ✔ Expertise in automation, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives ✔ Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills ✔ Experience managing large distributed teams, escalations, and transition programs ✔ Strong analytical, governance, and operational reporting capabilities ✔ PMP, HR certifications, Workday Certification or similar credentials preferred Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across multiple HR towers Ensure SLA/OLA compliance and operational...
