Main duties of the job
- The Ward Manager/Midwife has continuing 24 hour responsibility for the management of the clinical area including assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation.
- The Ward manager/Midwife will facilitate innovative and evidence based nursing/midwifery practice through professional leadership and supporting the clinical team.
