Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the S&OP (sales and operations planning) cycle, driving all monthly demand reviews with bottlers at both depletion and delivery levels.
- Include supply constrictions (logistics, production, material availability, etc.) that might affect the demand plan.
- Perform sales forecasting based on statistical models and customer insights (baseline construction).
- Maintain records of all building/destruction blocks to correct historical data (e.g., price increases, out of stocks, distribution disruption, volume promotions).
- Ensure updated demand signals are properly directed to production centers, including availability and production feasibility.
- Monitor weekly sales advances, identify deviations and trends, and timely propose mitigation actions to reduce supply‑chain impacts after unforeseen deviations.
