You lead the demand planning process for Tate's Bake Shop, owning the weekly and monthly demand plan at the SKU/customerleveland serving as the critical link between Sales, Supply Planning, and CS&L performance reporting

How you will contribute:

You will own and execute the tactical demand plan for Tate's, ensuring it is current,accurate, and reflects the latest commercial inputs. You will serve as the primary demand planning partner to Tate's customer Sales teams, translating field intelligence into a clean, actionable demand signal for Supply Planning. In addition, you will build andmaintainCS&L performance dashboards and automated reporting that give the team real-time visibility into forecast accuracy, fill rate, OTIF, and inventory health.
