Demand & Supply Planning Executive

Job Summary The Demand & Supply Planning Executive is a newly created role within the Supply Chain function, responsible for building and managing the demand planning function for the international business (AA, EMEA, APAC). The role will establish foundational planning processes, forecasting approaches, and data structures, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure practical and scalable implementation. Given the evolving nature of the function, the role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable building while executing, and able to operate effectively in a less structured environment. At the same time, this role offers an unique opportunity to be part of the founding team building the department from the ground up.
