Job Responsibilities
Assist the Chef de Cuisine and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations at Our CaféPrepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standardsEnsure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation for all café offeringsSupport miseenplace preparation to ensure smooth and efficient serviceMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the assigned kitchen sectionAdhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standardsAssist in inventory control, stock rotation, and proper storage of ingredientsMinimise food wastage through proper handling and preparation practicesPerform other kitchen duties as assigned by kitchen management
