Key Responsibilities

• Support formal processes for decision-making within the Council, including Cabinet meetings, meetings of the Planning Regulatory Board, Licensing Regulatory Board and the six Area Councils.
• Manage a team of Democratic Services Officers to provide effective advice and support to meetings of the Council and to decision-making hearings such as School Admission Appeals, Independent Review Panels for School Exclusions and a number of Charity Boards.
