Demolition & Strip-Out Labourer (London)

Job Description

I need a labourer with their own PPE and basic tools to help with strip-out/demolition work at a house in Brixton. Services will be disconnected and the house is empty. Looking for careful strip-out labour. Must be comfortable with dusty/heavy work, loading mixed waste skips and keeping the site reasonably tidy.Scope includes:Remove an old kitchen.Remove an old bathroom and WC.Remove selected ceilings, plaster and internal finishes as instructed.Demolish an old lean-to/extension.Remove paving/bricks and clear the garden.Must stop and flag anything that looks unsafe, structural or live.
