**Job Description Summary:**

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Community Health Center Inc. is proud to serve as an eligible practice site for clinicians participating in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Scholarship Programs and multiple HRSA loan repayment programs across Medical, BH and Dental. Community Health Center Inc. maintains strong HPSA scores of 19 for primary medical care, 21 for mental health, and 25 for dental services. Eligible providers who join Community Health Center Inc. may qualify for valuable financial assistance programs, including NHSC Loan Repayment, SUD Loan Repayment, Nursecorp LRP as well as the Connecticut Student Loan Repayment Program (CT SLRP)—which mirrors the HRSA-administered National Health Service Corps (NHSC) program and other HRSA supported workforce incentive initiatives designed to recruit and retain healthcare professionals dedicated to community-based primary care.
