The Practice Manager is a full-time position that requires a positive attitude & communication skills, leadership skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to resolve conflicts, prioritize issues, analytical skills, HR experience and strong time management.

The Practice Manager will lead the vison and philosophy of the clinic and manage the daily operations and protocols for the office. They are the point person for the entire team and must oversee the administrative operations of the business. They will work hands‑on in the office and lead by example. They will track and maintain budget goals and production targets and train their team on protocols and procedures required to achieve these goals.
