Job Descriptions Provide high level of service to potential patients and patients, ensuring that they are treated in a manner that provides reassurance and comfort Complete front office duties such as managing patient relations, registering patients, scheduling appointments, providing dental information to patients, handling phone/email enquiries, dispensing medication, explaining fees and payment methods, collecting payment from patients, assisting with insurance/Medisave/CHAS/PG claims, keeping track of receipts etc Perform general administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties Prepare treatment room by stocking dental materials and ensuring equipment are well maintained Maintaining the clinic cleanliness and hygiene to a high standard and ensuring sterilisation of instruments Assist in ad hoc administrative works.
