A well-established dental practice in Somerset West, Western Cape, is seeking an HPCSA-Registered Dentist to join their team permanently. This is an excellent opportunity offering flexibility, strong commission-earning potential, and a supportive clinical environment. Position Details:
- Permanent position
- Position available ASAP
- Location: Somerset West, Western Cape
- ± 140 – 160 hours per month
- Flexible working hours
- Some Saturday shifts (rotational basis)
- Commission-based: 33% – 50% of turnover
- Commission earned on ALL patients, whether accounts are paid or not
- No bad debts deducted, minimising financial risk
