Department Manager  Minneapolis, MN (On-site) Benefits: Access to client benefits package  Pay Range: $130,000.00 - $330,000.00  Summary: As Department Manager, you will be a key senior leader in developing and inspiring teams, leading and capturing pursuits, delivering high-quality engineering solutions for our clients, and be responsible for the department’s overall performance. You will influence strategy, mentor teams, build client relationships, and set the tone for exceptional project execution across multiple delivery methods including planning only, design-bid-build, design-build and EPC in various markets including industrial, local government, utilities, commercial, and others.  Responsibilities:
