Department Manager

We are hiring for a Department Manager job in Abu Dhabi to lead our client’s kitchen department within a premium retail and interior solutions environment. The ideal candidate will oversee sales performance, guide the kitchen sales team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences from design consultation to final installation. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a solid understanding of kitchen products, interior solutions, and showroom operations.
