• Reporting to CEM and assist them in stock ordering and maintaining optimum stock levels in the department.
• Lead the team of Store Associates in the department for mass merchandising, shelf management, stock management and cleanliness.
• Improve productivity by increasing efficiency.
• Assist the FM in achieving sales targets of the department.
• Mechanize the department overnight following Dark Store Operations protocols and ensure readiness before store opening.
• Ensure presentation of products according to Planogram.
• Set up secondary displays per BMPL guidelines.
• Follow all SOPs, compliance protocols and policies.
• Maintain discipline in timekeeping and professional attire as per uniform guidelines.
