Depositary Manager

As a Depositary Manager your responsibilities are:

• Own and drive depositary activities across your portfolio, ensuring full compliance with UCITS & AIFM regulations


• Be the key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor


• Oversee fund activity end-to-end: cash flows, reconciliations, asset safekeeping, and oversight controls


• Coordinate stakeholders (custodians, administrators, providers) to ensure smooth operations and high-quality reporting


• Lead due diligence on service providers and strengthen the depositary control framework


• Identify risks and take action, ensuring a robust and compliant environment


• Drive regulatory change implementation, keeping processes aligned with evolving Luxembourg requirements


• Support and mentor team members, contributing to a collaborative and growing platform
