Deputy Chief Police/Manager

Summary Under the direction of the Director of Public Safety Operations/Assistant Chief of Police, is responsible for day to day security operations for his/her assigned facilities. Provides for the physical security of all Parkview owned buildings, equipment and grounds and creates a safe Campus Environment with an emphasis on customer Service and Service Excellence. The Deputy Chief of Police/Security Manager will be directly responsible for the following: 1. The use of resources, both physical and human, to provide for the efficient operation of his/her assigned facilities. 2. Ensures that all routine assigned duties are performed in a timely manner. 3. Acts as a mentor to Police/Security Officers and a resource to all staff in the facility. 4. Oversee the investigations conducted by the captains, and tracking and trending incidents so that patrol services can be directed where needed. 5.
