Deputy Children's Home Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• 2 years' experience working within a Residential Children’s Home at Senior or Deputy level.
• NVQ Level 3 or above in Children and Young People or equivalent.
• High resilience and the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Passionate about supporting young people in a therapeutic way.
• Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience with budgets and rotas.
• A full UK driving licence.
