Deputy Construction Manager – Façade

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Deputy Construction Manager Faade for large-scale, high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will oversee faade site execution, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety compliance to ensure timely and defect-free delivery of curtain wall and cladding systems. Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily faade installation activities for high-rise building projects. - Manage faade subcontractors, site workforce, and lifting equipment (gondolas, cradles, hoists) to ensure optimal productivity. - Review faade shop drawings, method statements, and risk assessments for constructability and compliance. - Coordinate between site teams, faade designers, consultants, and structural/MEP subcontractors to resolve interface issues. - Ensure field implementation aligns with approved faade BIM/Revit models and anchor point layouts. - Enforce quality standards for un...
