Job Description
- Support and deputize for the Cost Control Manager across all cost control activities.
- Lead and coordinate a team of cost controllers responsible for Owner's Costs.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, commitment tracking, change management, and cash flow projections.
- Consolidate monthly and Life-of-Project (LOP) cost reports.
- Drive annual budget preparation and periodic budget updates.
- Monitor cost risks and opportunities and support budget holders in mitigation planning.
- Act as the primary interface between Cost Control and Finance functions.
- Coordinate monthly accrual reviews, cash calls, intercompany reconciliations, and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Venture accounting and cost recoverability requirements.
- Support SAP cost control structure implementation, including WBS, cost centres, and allocation methodologies.
