Purpose of the post:
To provide financial oversight and ensure effective and efficient utilization of financial resources.
Description of tasks:
Budget Planning:
- Make inputs during the development of strategic plan and Annual Performance plans of entities e.g linkage and alignment with budget.
- Make sure that the projected funding requirements of the entities are aligned with the department budget to ensure effective working capital management.
- Develop and continuous review of a standardized financial reporting framework to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
