Opportunity Description
What The Role Is
You will provide strategic leadership for the Regional Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) Coordination Centre (RHCC), driving its role as a Centre of Excellence in HADR. You will oversee operational support to MINDEF/SAF HADR missions, steer research and knowledge development, and lead civil‑military partnership efforts across government and regional stakeholders.
What You Will Be Working On- Guide knowledge curation in HADR operations research
- Oversee MINDEF/SAF interests through research topic curation
- Expand and strengthen RHCC's civil‑military network through targeted engagements
- Secure partnerships with key stakeholders
- Compile past engagements and existing collaboration mechanisms
- Develop Principals' talking points in alignment with MINDEF/SAF's interests
