Summary Defense Human Resource Agency's mission is to provide program support, information management, and administrative services to the DoW Components on human resource matters and to collect, archive, and provide management information, research, and analysis of human resources and other related functional area databases for the DoW. This a Tier 1 position in the Senior Executive Service (SES). Responsibilities The Deputy Director, DMDC, works in coordination with the Director DMDC and has a broad and diverse portfolio: Technical advisor to OSD, the military departments, other DoW components and other Federal Agencies on the collection and processing of automated manpower and personnel data within DoW Determines the data that are or will be required to address personnel and manpower issues related to national security, analyzes cost and feasibility of obtaining or creating needed data, and initiates administrative procedures necessary to ensure data availability within the time fram...
