(What the role is) Overall Job Purpose Plan, manage, implement and supervise development projects. (What you will be working on) Key Responsibilities Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners on development projects from project inception to handover. Responsible for project management for entire project life-cycle. Develop detailed implementation programme and strategy. Develop project brief, requirements, technical specifications for the procurement of consultancy and construction contracts. Identify project interface issues and work with all interfacing parties to develop mitigation measures. Identify project risks and implement necessary mitigation measures. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and meets the specified quality standards. Able to work independently in leading project teams as well as able to work in highly collaborative environment.
