Requirements

• A Grade 12 certificate, and NQF 7 qualification in Security Management recognized by SAQA.
• Five to ten years relevant experience, of which 3 years at Assistant director level.
• Valid registration with PSIRA grade A, valid driver's licence.
• Project Management / Security Advisory Management / SAMTRAC certificate will be an added advantage.
• Competencies: Knowledge of Security-related prescripts, Security Law, MISS, MPSS, OHS, and Security Risk Management.
• Knowledge of Security Supervision, Security Operational Management, Security Administration, Personnel Security Administration, and Security Contingency Management.
• Good communication and interpersonal relationships skills, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, performance management and presentation skills.
