Opportunity Description
The Deputy Executive Director supports the Foundation’s strategic and operational goals by overseeing core programs, shared services, HR operations, and child protection initiatives. The role ensures efficient program implementation, government compliance, staff supervision, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of programs and support services
- Supervise Program Managers and HR Department
- Ensure compliance with DSWD and other regulatory requirements
- Support policy development and operational planning
- Lead child welfare and protection advocacy initiatives
- Manage special projects and organizational partnerships
- Prepare reports, documentation, and Board meeting materials
