Opportunity Description
Lead and enhance operational readiness as the Deputy Fire Chief for Training, Fleet & Emergency Management with the Town of Caledon. Drive strategic training programs and oversee equipment management in this key leadership role.
As the Deputy Fire Chief reporting to the Fire Chief, you will ensure the department's preparedness and capability through effective training and management of fleet services. Your leadership will establish job performance criteria, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain relationships within the community and labor sectors.
