Job Responsibilities
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives for Power Cables, Telecom Cables & Conductors across international regions, ensuring growth in market share and presence across key sectors.
• Define annual budgets and develop strategies to achieve sales volumes and profitability targets.
• Set regional sales targets (Exports), monitor performance, and provide guidance to teams for goal achievement.
• Lead and manage the sales team to maintain and expand the approved client database.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
• Conduct competitive analysis, track industry trends, and stay updated on relevant policies impacting the export market.
• Oversee comprehensive market mapping and identification of new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance and sales teams for effective receivables management.
