• Is an outstanding teacher who inspireschildren and is able to share exemplary practice across the whole school.
• Is creative, forwardthinking and has proven experience in leading and managingareas of school development.
• Has the ability to build excellentrelationships with pupils,families, staff, governors,the parish and the wider community
• Will promote valuesthat maintain a disciplined, orderlyschool with a caringCatholic ethos.
• Will be responsible for TAs and their appraisals
