About you:
As a Deputy Manager, you will assist the Registered Manager with the day to day operational running of the home, upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance. The post holder will deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager playing a pivotal role in ensuring that a high level of person centred, clinical care and governance is provided to the residents meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements.
