Deputy Manager – Campaigns

Qualifications

• MBA preferably in Marketing
• At least 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with advertising agencies for the production of TV commercials and the design of media campaigns.
• Support the Manager/Campaigns team in advising stakeholders, ensuring agencies understand requirements, monitoring campaigns, providing feedback, and suggesting strategy modifications.
• Provide marketing collateral to the Events Manager for internal and external events with the primary goal of enhancing the company’s corporate image.
• Manage event‑related tasks including event branding, promotion, stage management, emcee services, and social media recordings for a range of events from internal seminars to international conferences.
• Execute campaign activities across franchise areas or to promote strategic objectives such as marketing projects and learning & development goals.
