Role Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve annual sales and margin targets assigned by management.
- Identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with M&E contractors, consultants, developers, owners, and end users.
- Develop project pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
Consultant & Specification Management
- Promote Carrier solutions to consulting engineers and project stakeholders.
- Drive specification inclusion for chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
- Conduct technical presentations and product briefings.
- Support consultants in equipment selection and technical evaluations.
