Deputy Manager, Conservation & Urban Design

(What the role is) We are seeking applicants to join the Architecture & Land Planning Division to help on architectural conservation and urban design strategies for the Greater Sentosa Master Plan (GSMP) and related projects. This will include conceptualisation & delivery of architectural conservation planning strategies and urban design policies & guidelines, and coordination with planning & technical agencies to ensure that the planning intent is in line with the broader Greater Southern Waterfront plans. Part of the role involves managing of stakeholder engagements, regulatory approvals, budget unlocking, experience-driven implementation, execution of tender processes & assisting in the project management for heritage developments & infrastructure enablers required for the implementation the masterplan vision.
