We have a fantastic opportunity to join our continually expanding organisation as a Deputy Locality Manager, overseeing our Residential Service within the Erdington area.

As a Deputy Locality Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management of the services, ensuring that the individuals we support receive a personalised service tailored to their changing needs. You will be instrumental in maintaining quality and compliance across the services, supervising and supporting staff, and acting as the point of contact in the absence of the Locality Manager.
