Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis and Planning

Role & Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain incentive calculation models based on defined incentive plans
2. Manage end-to-end data processing, from sourcing to final reporting
3. Clean and transform large datasets into analysis-ready formats
4. Optimize workflows to ensure fast turnaround and efficiency
5. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness
6. Deliver insights on performance, trends, and variance

Education: Postgraduate

Experience: 5+ years relevant experience, past experience of generating MIS reports which are directly used by management
