Job Description Financial Reporting & Close Lead the monthly and quarterly preparation of financial statements , ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards Drive period-end closure (month-end and year-end) in ERP, including coordination with cross-functional teams for timely and accurate reporting Monitor and ensure proper General Ledger (GL) hygiene , including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments Pass and validate audit-related accounting entries in the system Audit & Compliance Act as a key coordinator for statutory audits , addressing auditor queries and providing required data in a timely manner Support internal audit and IFC (Internal Financial Controls) reviews by ensuring data readiness and closure of observations Assist in fixed asset and inventory audits , including documentation, reconciliations, and variance analysis Accounting Standards & Technical Areas Prepare and maintain workings related to: Ind AS 116...
