Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Knowledge Equipment:- Must have through knowledge of Endo Gas generator, Sealed Quench furnaces, Continuos Gas Carburising Furnace, Shot peening, Nitorgen generator, Press quenching, Shot peening Process:-Through knowledge of Gas Carburising, Case Hardening, carbonitriding, Induction hardening, Plug/Press quenching, Shot Peening
Safety:-knowledge of safety accessories, PPEs, statutory requirements, liaison with External inspection bodies/assesors Maintain and improve all PQCDSM parameters. Set yearly Goals and allot projects to subordinates, track and periodical review of the projects. Guiding and mentoring for achieving individual as well as Module level Targets.
Develope process parameters for New Products. Liasion with other departments, other locations and concerned external agencies.
