Roles and Responsiblities : Will be responsible for preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of sheet metal equipment’s, CNC machines, Assembly Jigs, equipment’s & Utilities. Training and supervising technicians, mechanics, plumbers, and other skilled trades.
Liaising with client departments and customers. Maintenance of tools, spares & consumables. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs. Participation in Negotiation and overseeing contracts. Authorizing, delegating and following-up with maintenance work-orders. Ensuring safety of machines & equipment’s. Kaizen implementation.
One-point lessons to improve equipment availability. Co-ordinate for ISO & AS pertaining to maintenance function. Eductaion & Experince : B-tech with ten years experince/ Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation with 15 Years experince. Special Skills : Awareness and knowledge ISO-, ISO-, AS-, IE Rules CEA, Factories Act regulations.
