Opportunity Description
Job Description:
- Lead and drive RAC (Room AC – Split AC / Window AC) sales in the assigned territory
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
- Manage key accounts, government projects, infrastructure projects, and channel sales
- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and channel partners
- Handle team management, distributor performance, and market expansion activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in RAC / B2B sales with an MNC background
- Proven track record in project sales and territory management
