Drawings and Ensure APQP (Advance Product Quality planning) with the manufacturing team for clear understanding of OEM requirements and specs/ Standards. Drive New Part development to ensure that Part Quality meet the Desired spec and Standard. Quality assurance in new development of parts / FTR Sample formations from Day1. Process Discipline and PPAP sign offs.Carry out PPAP, Initiate and validate the 4M conditions. Ensure First TIme right and Every thing right Process outcomes / Sign Offs the Quality agreements along with PSW (Part submisison Warrants.Carry out Process and Product audit through Control plan/SOP/Process sheet in manufacturing process.
