Deputy Manager – Residential Care Home

A warm and weing 28‑bed care home is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager.This is a key leadership role supporting the Registered Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care and fullpliance with CQC standards. We’re looking for someone confident, proactive, and ready to bring stability, strong leadership, and a positive presence to both staff and residents.If you’re passionate about delivering excellent care and supporting the development of others, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Contract: 12‑Month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave
Start date: Early June (TBC)
Hours: per week + occasional on‑call
