Deputy Manager Residential

We are looking for a Deputy Managerto join our Ofsted rated GOOD in all areas 4 bed Childrens Home supporting 8-18 year olds with EBD and challenging behaviours. The team including Registered Manager, Responsible Individual and Directors will be there with full support and encourage training qualifications and progression. Requirements Work with the young person and team to develop strategies to reduce behaviours/work with unlined factors and stimuli/triggers. Develop therapeutic response for the team to follow. Will not be fazed by challenging and complexbehaviours Knowledge of CHR 2015 and the QS Awareness of Equal Opportunities/ADP issues Knowledge of the Children Act and other relevant legislation Team-building skills Supervision skill Ability to manage teams effectively.
