OverviewTCT Execution process operative owner, track the movement of shipments, vehicles, and assets in real-time using available tracking technologies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, transit times, and dwell times Alert relevant stakeholders about delays, disruptions, or potential issues Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and other stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of corrective actions to resolve issues and minimize delays Being the Focal Point to provide timely and accurate status updates of all the Shipments in the Trip Build ResponsibilitiesEnsure Quality of Tracking Data Continuously track Actuals of all Track Events Monitor Milestones of selected Track Events Identify Alerts and resolve Shipment issues, such as delays, of selected Milestones Serve as a liaison between TCT and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and issue resol...
