Role Purpose
The Deputy Regional Manager – Marketing will be responsible for managing the entire region, leading a team of Territory Managers (TMs), and driving sustainable business growth aligned with organizational objectives.

Achievement of AOBP and Business Excellence
Achievement of annual sales budget with key focus on strategic product and improvement in market share. Out-grow the market and deliver financial performance in line and above of budget commitment for Net Sales, OPEX, DSO, Liquidation and Seed, Agri Equipment Net Sales.
