Deputy Team Leader / Cooperative Development Specialist (DTL)

Masters degree in Cooperative Development, Agribusiness, Rural Development, or related field
At least 7 years of professional experience in cooperative strengthening, governance improvement, and institutional capacity building for producer organizations or women-led enterprises.

Experience working with agricultural cooperatives or producer organizations in East Africa or comparable development contexts.

Lead cooperative capacitybuilding interventions; strengthen governance and management systems; mentor cooperative leadership structures; support linkages with buyers and market actors
