    Job Description

    Affinity Business Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new affinity partners (, associations, trade bodies, employee groups, fintechs, e-commerce platforms, OEMs, NBFCs).
  • Design and implement affinity-based insurance programs across Life, Health, and General Insurance.
  • Drive end-to-end deal structuring including product design, pricing discussions, commission structures, and partner commercials.
