We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and clinically skilled Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager, to join our dedicated Stroke Rehabilitation unit team based at White Cross Court.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for stroke rehabilitation, person centred care and team leadership, to further develop their management and leadership skills within a specialist rehabilitation environment.
Our 20 bedded unit provides specialist inpatient stroke rehabilitation for patients following acute stroke, supporting individuals with complex physical, cognitive, communication and psychological needs to maximise independence and recovery.
As an off site rehabilitation unit, the successful candidate must be confident working autonomously, demonstrating excellent clinical judgement, operational awareness and the ability to effectively coordinate the ward environment whilst maintaining close ...
