Designation: Deputy/Associate Manager – HR Shared Services - Global HR Operations, Payroll & Analytics
Role Purpose
This role will be responsible for managing global HR operations, payroll coordination, budgeting, and HR analytics across multiple geographies. The position will ensure financial accuracy, process efficiency, and data-driven insights , while supporting strategic initiatives like M&A and GCC setup.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll & Payment Coordination (Global)
Manage end-to-end payroll coordination and debit note processing for geographies including Vietnam, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, FWA, Sri Lanka, and the UK
Prepare, review, and validate payment statements ensuring alignment with payroll inputs and approvals
Coordinate with Finance teams for timely and accurate disbursement
Ensure timely communication of payment confirmations to country HR teams
