DERMATOLOGY REGISTRATION COORDINATOR

This is for 2 Full Time Positions located in Steamboat.

Compensation Range: $26.04 to $39.06

• Maintains accurate No Show Log and follows No Show Procedures.
• Is logged into phones to receive the calls that the Dermatology Scheduler is unable to answer.
• Greets patients on the phone and in person in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Works with the Dermatology Scheduling Coordinator to review and correct provider schedules daily to ensure maximum productivity, minimize appointment overlap, and ensure patient/provider satisfaction.
• Ensures that patient information is accurate and up to date in all applicable Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
